Are you limited as to the services you offer due to your training? Maybe you're at the maximum number of clients, but your income is not where you'd like it to be. You need to remember there are ways around it. Don't give up. There are many ways you can grow your VA business even when you're at capacity. Here are some suggestions for you to consider. 1. Outsource Are you missing services that are in line with current services you offer? For example, do you offer article submissions, but you don't offer ghostwriting? This is a service you could outsource to a ghostwriter. You charge a fee to do the writing and then you have a ghostwriter do it for you. You'll want to make sure you inform the ghostwriter of your plan. You'll also want to make sure you have a complete understanding of their pricing, time frames, and requirements before you get started. 2. Hire a team Hiring a team is perfect because you'll be able to offer a wide variety of services. If one of your team members can't do a project, you'll be able to ask someone else to handle it. You'll also be able to take on even more because you'll have more members to help you. You'll need to set your pricing and then decide how much you'll give your team for what they do. You want to make sure you're still making a profit, but you need to make sure you're team is happy with the amount they receive so they continue to work with you. You'll want to create a contract for each of your team members to sign. This will protect you from having your team members try to deal with a client on their own. It's unfortunate, but this can happen at times. While outsourcing or hiring a team will help your clients with their needs, it will take from your profits. You'll need to pay the people that work for you, so you need to make sure you charge enough to cover the fees you'll pay these people, but still allow for a profit on your end. The other thing to remember is that your clients are used to the amount you charge, so you'll want to make sure they know what is going on. When you decide to add more to what you offer, you'll take your business to higher levels. This means you'll be able to help more business owners while helping yourself at the same time.
